FameSnob offers premium apparel and accessories inspired by celebrity culture, entertainment, and iconic moments. All items are produced specifically for each order to ensure quality and reduce waste.

How are your products made?
Our products are made using high-quality materials and modern printing techniques. Producing items on demand allows us to maintain quality standards while minimizing excess inventory.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display accurate product colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and device differences.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We strongly recommend reviewing it before placing your order, as items are made specifically for you.


Orders & Payments

When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including the United States and international destinations.

How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Returns & Replacements

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

What if my package is lost?
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist.


Care Instructions

How should I care for my apparel?
To extend the life of your items:

  • Wash inside out with cold water

  • Use mild detergent

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not iron directly on printed areas


International Orders

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
